说明 Description：

  一、此产品为电动工具内部的精密零件——齿轮，需满足填充平衡、耐磨损、阻燃等要求。采用中心对称三点针阀式进胶方式，一个气缸控制多根阀针、热咀多头方案，达到阀针同步动作，同时保证填充平衡；

  Wheel gear is the precise part of the inner electric tool,which should meets the needs,such as filling balance,antifraying, flame retardant,and etc. It apply centrosymmetric valve gate injection. One cylinder control multiple valve pins and multi-nozzles solution,so that valve pins can reach synchronization action,meanwhile,it can ensure the filling balance.

  二、塑胶材料为PA66+30%GF，其流动性差、磨损性强，采用MTM-T系统，铜套加热器保证温度平衡性，咀尖采用特殊材料，抗磨损；

  Plastic material is PA66+30%GF，which has poor fluidity,good abrasiveness. Therefore, it use MTM-T system, Heater with copper ensure the temperature balance.The nozzle tip uses special material so that it has antifraying characteristics.

  三、产品一出四，保证填充平衡，热咀流道特殊设计达到稳定、平衡。
